For nearly 20 years, Clearview’s Women’s Mental Health Program has equipped women and individuals of diverse genders with the skills to manage severe mental health challenges, build emotional resilience, and sustain long-term recovery.

Who We Are

Clearview’s women’s mental health program is one of the only programs in the country specifically designed for individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) or serious emotional dysregulation. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming treatment center, we serve clients with diverse gender identities, including cisgender females, transgender women, transgender men, and non-binary individuals assigned female at birth.

Why Choose Clearview

Our women’s mental health program helps clients feel at ease while they recover. We have a dedicated team that provides evidence-based individual and group therapy. And since we know that nutrition is vital to healing, we serve healthy meals that are based on dietary needs and preferences. Additionally, we offer structured activities as well as scheduled downtime for relaxation.

Kaiser Permanente

Payment + Insurance

Our program is in network with Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser, and we have negotiated rate agreements with First Health and Multiplan PPO policies. We also accept out-of-network benefits from other major insurance companies. For those preferring to pay for treatment directly, we offer a private-pay rate.

Our women’s mental health program is proud to be a participating provider in the VA Community Care Network (NPI #: 1174942429).

Note: We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

What We Treat

While our women’s mental health program was originally developed for people with borderline personality disorder (BPD), we recognize the common overlap in the symptoms of BPD and other psychiatric disorders.

DBT-Centered Approach

A core component of our women’s treatment program for BPD is dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). DBT is a powerful evidence-based therapy that can help improve the overall quality of life by helping to learn useful skills. DBT has been thoroughly researched and proven to be effective in treating BPD and a variety of other mental health disorders.

What Our Clients Say

“I was at Clearview Women’s Center for 5 weeks and learned so much about communication, coping skills, and making my life more fulfilling. I was severely depressed and anxious when I got there, and they took such good care of me. The facilities are clean, welcoming, and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff works hard to be supportive in every way they can. I benefited from weekly therapy and psychiatric appointments as well as daily classes on DBT plus meditation, relationships, and more. I still have recovering to do, but Clearview gave me a place to rest and stabilize, and I’m very grateful. I needed to be in a caring and safe place for awhile and it made a huge difference for me. I highly recommend Clearview.
