What to Expect
1.
Assessment
Admissions begins with a complimentary, confidential biopsychosocial assessment. This non-diagnostic conversation gathers the clinical and background information needed to determine whether a Clearview residential, day, or outpatient program is the right fit. It takes about an hour and can be completed in person, by phone, or by video call.
2.
The Right Fit
Clearview’s admissions team helps each client find the appropriate program and level of care, even when that means referring to a different provider. The team coordinates closely with referring professionals and family members, and prospective clients are welcome to tour a facility before making a decision.
3.
Starting Treatment
Once admissions is complete, the team coordinates every detail of arrival: local transportation, financial arrangements, check-in time, and what to pack. Clearview’s treatment team is briefed on each client’s needs and preferences before arrival, so the first day feels as smooth as possible.

FAQs about admissions at Clearview Treatment Programs
What programs does Clearview Treatment Programs offer?
Clearview Treatment Programs offers multiple psychiatric care programs, including residential programs for addiction with co-occurring mental health disorders and a women’s mental health program that specializes in treating clients with borderline personality disorder (BPD), emotional dysregulation, and acute psychiatric disorders.
Clearview also offers step-down outpatient treatment with partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programming, with optional housing support.
Is Clearview an addiction treatment center?
Clearview treats clients experiencing substance use disorders with co-occurring mental health conditions, but it’s not a detox or primary substance use treatment center.
Who does Clearview treat?
- Addiction with Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders: all genders, ages 18 and older
- Women’s Mental Health Program: clients with diverse gender identities, ages 18 and older, including cisgender women, trans women, trans men, and non-binary AFAB (assigned female at birth) individuals
- Outpatient Treatment: all genders, ages 18 and older
What are the costs and payment options at Clearview?
The cost of treatment varies depending on the program and length of stay. Clearview’s Women’s Mental Health Program accepts out-of-network benefits and private pay, while the programs for addiction with co-occurring mental health and outpatient treatment are in-network with select insurance providers.
Because Clearview offers multiple levels of care, the admissions team can help each client understand their options and build a financial plan that fits their clinical and financial needs.
Does Clearview have a success rate?
Treatment outcomes vary based on each client’s engagement and motivation, time spent in treatment, and continuing care plan. Clearview has found that more time in a structured program tends to improve a client’s chances of sustained recovery.
The comprehensive continuum of care supports this by ensuring a smooth transition as clients step down from residential to outpatient treatment as needed. Before each client completes treatment, the clinical team builds a continuing care plan to support lasting recovery.
