At Clearview Treatment Programs, we believe in connecting prospective clients, their family members, and their clinical partners with our team from the moment they reach out by phone or via our web form. After calling us or submitting our web form, a welcoming and knowledgeable Admissions Team member will thoroughly answer any questions and address any concerns.
We know that entering a treatment program can feel overwhelming and intimidating, so our Admissions Team will walk you through each step of the admissions process, keeping you informed from your initial contact to financial arrangements to coordinating your arrival at one of our centers.
1
Assessment
If you’re interested in a treatment program for yourself, a loved one, or a client, once your initial questions are answered, we will begin the admissions process by completing a non-diagnostic bio-psychosocial assessment on the prospective client.
This free assessment helps us gather relevant background and clinical information to help determine if the client is an appropriate fit for one of our residential, day, or outpatient treatment programs. Getting to know prospective clients allows us to make the best treatment recommendation possible. The assessment can be completed locally in person or via telephone or teleconference. Our assessments typically last about an hour and are 100% confidential.
2
Right Fit Determination
Treatment is most successful when it specifically addresses each client’s needs in a comfortable, supportive environment. Our compassionate and knowledgeable admissions team assists each client in finding the right fit, even if that fit is another treatment program. In addition, collaborate with each client’s current treatment providers or family members to ensure care is fluid, coordinated, and of the highest quality possible.
Before admitting to one of our programs, each client can tour our facilities. Touring our facilities help each client feel comfortable with their treatment decision.

Treatment success varies depending oneach client’s commitment and motivation for treatment, as well as the time they’re in treatment and their continuing care plan. We’ve found that the more time the client spends in a treatment program, the greater their chance of success. Our complete continuum of care increases our clients’ chances at prolonged recovery by ensuring continued support and a smooth transition as they step down from residential to outpatient treatment, as needed. Before each client leaves treatment, we work with them to put together a continuing care plan to help ensure sustained recovery.
