Our dual-diagnosis residential treatment program specializes in treating adults 18 and older with primary addictions and complex co-occurring mental health disorders. Clearview provides 24/7 support in a structured and supportive therapeutic environment for the best possible care.
We specialize in partnering with clients who struggle with traditional treatment environments. By engaging in our unique treatment program, clients are provided a safe space to work through resistance and cultivate sustainable change. Clearview believes in every person’s ability to heal and creates individualized treatment plans aligned with their unique needs.

Both of our residential treatment centers are in Venice Beach, less than one mile from the coast. While many treatment programs on the coast are secluded, Clearview recognized that clients benefit from being immersed in a real-world environment.
With its locations in Venice Beach, clients can confront triggers while in a safe residential setting. They can also focus on gradual re-emersion into the community via passes and outings. Clients can get assistance with work, school, and volunteer opportunities in the nearby area.

Set in a quiet suburb, clients in Clearview’s treatment program for addiction with co-occurring mental illness stay in comfortable homes like the two seen below. Peaceful outdoor spaces, an open floor plan, and upgraded amenities provide an ideal environment for rest and recovery. Our residential spaces are located close to our main treatment facilities, where clients meet with our clinical teams during the week for both group and individual therapy sessions.

Steps to Admission at Clearview Treatment Programs
If you’re exploring treatment for yourself, a loved one, or a client, the admissions process begins with a complimentary, confidential bio-psychosocial assessment. This non-diagnostic assessment helps us gather important clinical and background information to determine whether one of our residential, day, or outpatient programs is the right fit.
The assessment typically takes about an hour and can be completed in person, by phone, or via video call. It’s our first step in making thoughtful, personalized treatment recommendations.
Treatment is most effective when it’s personalized and supported by a caring environment.
Our experienced admissions team is here to help each client find the right fit — even if that means referring to a different program. We also work closely with referring providers and family members to ensure smooth, coordinated care.
Before starting treatment, clients can tour our facilities to get a clear sense of the environment and feel confident in their decision to begin the journey with us.
After the admissions process is complete, we help coordinate every step of a client’s arrival — from arranging local transportation to finalizing financial details and setting a check-in time.
We clearly explain what to pack, notify all necessary contacts, and ensure our treatment team is aware of any special needs or preferences.
We know seeking treatment can feel overwhelming, so we work to make the process as smooth as possible. Clearview accepts many insurance plans to help reduce out-of-pocket costs.
Payment options
Our program is in network with Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser and have negotiated rate agreements with First Health and Multiplan PPO policies. We also accept out-of-network benefits from other major insurance companies, and for those preferring to pay for treatment directly, we offer a private-pay rate.
Note: We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
