Evidence-based therapies
At Clearview, clients engage in evidence-based therapies—both one-on-one and in groups—that give them practical tools to maintain their sobriety and address their mental health issues. We help our clients build the skills they need to thrive, both during their time in treatment and beyond. In addition to evidence-based onsite therapy groups and sessions, clients participate in daily 12-step meetings in the community, as well as 12-step study groups.
Activities + recreation
Our residential treatment program offers structured activities and some downtime during evenings and weekends. These activities may include gym outings, beach walks, art therapy, yoga, and more. Our clients have access to coaching and skills practice, so they never feel alone during their stay with us. Our team of therapists and community counselors is dedicated to ensuring that each client acquires the necessary skills to successfully return to their daily routine.
Food + nutrition
Nutritious, balanced meals are a big part of healing, and at Clearview, we make it a priority. Our Culinary Team prepares meals that are both nourishing and delicious, supporting recovery and a healthy lifestyle. We also accommodate a wide range of needs, from Kosher to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free, so every client feels cared for at the table.
Family therapy
For clients who want their loved ones involved in their treatment journey, Clearview offers couples and family therapy (when clinically appropriate). These sessions focus on strengthening communication, building understanding, and working through challenges together. In a safe, supportive space, therapists guide clients and their families toward healthier relationships and deeper trust.
